Randy Sciarrillo is the Director of Cybersecurity Services & Operations and a member of Reclamere’s executive leadership team, where he helps guide the company’s strategic direction and service delivery. He leads the development and execution of practical, risk-based cybersecurity services for organizations of all sizes and industries. Randy oversees Reclamere’s CSO360 (Virtual Chief Information Security Officer) program, along with security risk assessments, incident response planning, and business continuity and disaster recovery services. With more than 20 years of IT experience, he brings a business-focused approach to cybersecurity, governance, and risk management. His work supports healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, public sector, and growing commercial organizations. Randy specializes in translating complex frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, and other security and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance. He holds CISSP, CISM, and CISA certifications and emphasizes governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Outside of client engagements, Randy enjoys music, writing, and bringing a practical, human perspective to cybersecurity.
